Customer Services and Sales Support Manager
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years demonstrable success in business to business sales and have the ability to sell into a variety of different business sectors up to board level.
Ideally your approach will be friendly, well informed with an intelligent sales pitch backed up by company research.
Requirements:
- fluent in English communication, both written and oral is a must
- the ability to speak a European language (Spanish, French, German ...)
- experience working in the retail sector, marketing or website content/management
- you will need to be a confident and articulate person with plenty of personality. You will also be required to put together your own presentations so a good knowledge of MS Office and keyboard skills is required.

Copy writer
The successful candidate will be writing copy for new products and will need to be articulate, and literate.
Requirements:
- write the homepage and store pages copy and check all changes made by web merchandising team also write customer email copy.
- improving standards and increasing sales results through writing better copy for the website
- work with suppliers to compile product information and manage that relationship
- write direct marketing style copy (turning features into benefits; differentiated product copy)
- ensures customer queries on copy are dealt with efficiently and as a priority, also liaising with customer services regularly to establish any patterns in customer requests and wherever possible include the information in copy
- help build effective communication methods with retail outlets for publishing opening times and store events on the website, Buying offices and other areas of the business to ensure that the company's Direct operation knows what is hot /new, so much so that the website copy is often used by Selling assistants as a repository for the most accurate product information they can access
- manage editing and approve all copy prior to the sign off procedure for all product copy, before it goes live on the website and/or before it is supplied for the catalogue, ensuring it has a consistency in style and tone. Sub-edit catalogue product copy due to space /design constraints.
